A fair and historic tax plan!

It’s time to end the outdated property taxation system and replace it with a fairer, more transparent one. Announcing a sales tax on non-essential goods.

This approach empowers Texans to take control of their financial futures. Those who choose to spend more will contribute more—while hardworking families and individuals facing tough times will benefit from reduced burdens on their homes and livelihoods.

This plan strengthens the sovereignty and privacy of every Texan. Property ownership should represent freedom, not government intrusion. If you want to own multiple properties, build barns, or store ATVs and trailers on your land, you should have the right to do so without reporting every detail to the government.

Under my leadership, government confiscation of property will end.

Eliminating county property tax offices will streamline our government, saving taxpayers millions of dollars annually. The reduction in unnecessary bureaucracy will immediately shrink the size of government and lower the overall tax burden for all Texans.

For decades, politicians—especially Republicans—have campaigned on promises to eliminate property taxes. Despite holding power in the House, Senate, and Governor’s office for nearly 30 years, they have failed to deliver.
